CEAP has been tapped by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila headed by His Excellency Luis Antonio Cardinal G. Tagle to work with the Office for the Promotion on New Evangelization to team up in organizing the Philippine Conference on New Evangelization (PCNE 4) scheduled on July 28-30, 2017 at the University of Santo Tomas Quadricentennial Pavilion. This year’s theme “Of One Heart and Soul” speaks about Communio and aims to lead the participants to a deeper encounter and communion with Jesus and to awaken their sense of being for one another.
The National Christian Formation Commission headed by Fr. Elmer G. Dizon was requested to design the Concurrent Session track for Schools. The School track is especially designed for Christian Formators?Religious Education Teachers, Campus Ministers and Social Action Staff. The first Concurrent Session talks in broad strokes about how the Parish and School can work together to manifest the spirituality of Communion. Under Concurrent Sessions 2 and 3, the tracks are divided into three subtrack with sessions for Religious Education, Campus Ministry and Social Action.
CEAP Executive Director, Mr. Jose Allan I. Arellano was appointed as a member of the Mobilization Committee and CEAP Plans and Programs Director, Ms. Mary Ann S. Cruz was appointed as the Coordinator of Program Design and Implementation Committee.
