Singapore Fellowships for Master in Public Management
STUDENT RECRUITMENT FOR MASTER IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT (MPM) 2009
I am writing from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) to request your kind assistance in nominating potential candidates for our MPM programme. I am also pleased to let you know that our School provides generous fellowships on a competitive basis, and students from your country are eligible to apply for these fellowships.
The MPM course is a one-year full time programme developed to enhance the skills of senior managers working in the public, people and private sectors in the area of good governance. It is targeted at accomplished senior officials with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, who hold key positions, and whose leadership role is acknowledged within their own organisation. They must also possess the potential to move into more senior positions in their organisations. The MPM programme also allows candidates to spend one full semester at the John F Kennedy School of Government (KSG), Harvard University or School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University .
The MPM Application is now open! We are currently accepting applications to the MPM programme, which commences in January 2009. The application deadline is 30 June 2008 for applicants who wish to apply for fellowships. We would be grateful if you could help us convey these opportunities to staffs within your organisation who might be interested in an international education in public policy.
