February 11, 2026 — The Philippine Catholic Schools Standards for Basic Education Technical Consultants (PCSS-BE TCs) gathered at Phoenix Publishing House to finalize a landmark Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CEAP) and the Phoenix Publishing House Educational Foundation, Inc.
The meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration in advancing Catholic education, focusing on aligning commitments, clarifying provisions, and ensuring a shared understanding of the partnership’s objectives and implementation.
Present at the session were Fr. Alain P. Manalo, Chairperson of the PCSS Commission and PCSS-BE TC; Dr. Cynthia C. Arcadio, Executive Director of the Phoenix Educational Foundation and Chairperson of the PCSS-BE TC; Mr. Narcy F. Ador Dionisio, CEAP Executive Director; and members of the CEAP Membership Services and Communications Unit.
The agreement represents a significant milestone for CEAP, reinforcing its mission to strengthen Catholic education nationwide. Through this partnership, CEAP and Phoenix aim to enhance academic standards, provide resource support, and foster institutional development across member schools.
The finalized MOA is expected to serve as a framework for future initiatives that uphold the values of Catholic education while addressing the evolving needs of Philippine schools.
