CEAP Holds Second Regional Coordination Meeting to Strengthen Collaboration Across Regions

April 7, 2026 – The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines successfully held its second Regional Coordination Meeting via Zoom under the Clustered Partnership and Regional Support Model (PRSM), reinforcing its commitment to stronger coordination, communication, and resource sharing across member regions.

The online meeting brought together Regional Secretariats from across the country to advance the PRSM, a system designed to strengthen collaboration between the National Secretariat and regional networks in support of Catholic schools.

This initiative focuses on improving alignment, communication, and reporting, while building regional capacity and encouraging collaboration and resource sharing.

A key highlight of the meeting was the session led by Anthony Vhic Cedo, Operations Manager of RAKSO Education Technology. Mr. Cedo conducted an orientation and live demonstration on the use of Microsoft Teams, guiding participants through the process of logging into their Microsoft accounts and navigating the platform. The session aimed to equip regional representatives with the necessary tools to improve digital collaboration and streamline communication across CEAP networks.

In the second part of the meeting, the National Secretariat called on Regional Secretariats to actively support the dissemination of CEAP programs and initiatives to their respective member-schools. This collaborative effort is seen as vital in ensuring that schools remain informed, engaged, and aligned with CEAP’s strategic directions.

The meeting ended with a shared commitment among participants to work together in advancing Catholic education in the Philippines. Through the PRSM, CEAP continues to strengthen partnerships and support systems across regions.
